Asphalt
By adding our specialised rubber particles into bicycle lanes, we enhance its performance features, reduce the risk of serious injuries when falling, and adopt rolling resistance for sharp curves, cross roads and more.
Sport & Leisure
The classic rubber application with virgin or recycled materials is in sports, leasure and playgrounds. The infill reduces microplastics from less wear and offer what many consider the best conditions and reduced risk of injuries.
3D Printing
One of the newest applications for Orbit rubber is in 3D-printing. The rubber is used in a filament mixture and improves elasticity and temperature range. Orbit supplies a purified rubber that is ready for mix.
Cement Booster
Bon Orbit's cement booster is appreciated by the cement industry with the combination of high energy recycled rubber with steel content (< 18%) required in the kiln. Orbit supplies this booster product in several options.
Concrete
Rubber concrete is being developed in several international initiatives and gives the concrete new and sought after properties. While still meeting demands for comressive strength, weight can be reduced by over 50%.
Water Purification
A bed of Bon Orbit rubber where suage water passes by can support purification of grey- and black water, with the same performance as traditional solutions for single household applications.

Together they created a unique vision of the future where customers demand for high performance material is met by repurposing materials with extraordinary properties developed for other original purposes.
